The Sky Moves — And You Feel It

Your birth horoscope is a snapshot. But the planets keep moving. When a moving planet touches a point in your birth horoscope, a transit is born.

🔗 Aspects

In astrology, an aspect describes the angular relationship between two planets in your birth horoscope. Aspects reveal how the cosmic forces in your life work together — or clash. They form the dynamics, the tension and the harmony in your personality.

Aspect Angle Quality Meaning
Conjunction 0° Powerful Fusion of energies — intense focus and bundling of forces
Sextile 60° Harmonious Opportunities and talents — possibilities activated with slight effort
Square 90° Tense Friction and challenge — inner tension that drives growth and action
Trine 120° Harmonious Natural talent and flowing energy — things that come effortlessly
Opposition 180° Tense Polarity and awareness — the challenge of integrating opposites

Harmonious aspects (sextile, trine) point to areas where energy flows effortlessly. Tense aspects (square, opposition) point to areas where you are challenged — but that is precisely where the greatest growth occurs.

A horoscope without tension is like a story without conflict: not much happens. The most interesting and successful people often have powerful tension aspects in their horoscope.

"The diamond is formed under pressure. So too is the human soul under cosmic tension."

đŸĒ The Saturn Return

Of all transits, the Saturn Return is the most well-known and most impactful. Saturn takes approximately 29 years to traverse the complete zodiac. When it returns to the position it held at your birth, you reach an important turning point.

First Saturn Return (~28-30 years)

The first return marks the transition to adulthood. The structures you built in your twenties are tested. Relationships, careers and beliefs that are not authentic fall away. What remains is the foundation for your adult life.

Many people experience around their 29th year a "quarter-life crisis": a career change, a breakup, a move, or a profound reorientation. This is Saturn asking: "Is this truly yours, or did you adopt it from others?"

Second Saturn Return (~58-60 years)

The second return marks the transition to wisdom. You are invited to let go of what no longer serves and focus on what truly has meaning. It is the time of the sage — the mentor, the grandparent, the master who shares their experience.

Where the first return asks "Who are you?", the second asks: "What do you leave behind?"

❓

Have you already experienced your Saturn Return? Which structures fell away, and what remained?

If you're younger than 28: which structures in your life feel authentic, and which have you perhaps adopted from others?
